Job summary

ECO Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Lead to drive end-to-end hiring for executive and management roles. You will collaborate with department heads, source candidates through multiple channels, and guide screening, interviews, and onboarding to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.

You will leverage LinkedIn, JobStreet and Indeed, build strong agency and university partnerships, and lead campus recruitment initiatives while maintaining compliance with Malaysian

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian recruitment practices and employment legislation.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.

Responsibilities

Requirement

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with experience handling multiple levels of positions.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian recruitment practices and employment legislation.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
• Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
