Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/related field.
• Experience handling full spectrum HR and general administration.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding processes.
• Process or coordinate end-to-end month payroll, leave records, and staff claims.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Handle employee relations matters and support employee engagement activities.
• Liaise with external parties such as training providers, and government authorities.
• Oversee daily office administrative operations and ensure smooth office management.
• Manage all administration duties assigned from time to time.
