Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• HR certification or professional HR training is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and related records.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding including contracts, appointment letters, and clearance documents.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, medical claims, and other employee matters.
• Support recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and scheduling.
• Assist in employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and related processes.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and verification; prepare payroll summaries and reports.
• Liaise with government agencies on statutory matters; ensure timely submissions.
• Coordinate foreign worker matters: FOMEMA, permits, hostel, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal/external training; prepare schedules and records.
• Manage stationery, PPE, First Aid Kit, assets, events, security, uniforms, and licences.
