Job summary

Zohorecruit in Pulau Indah, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resources, from recruitment to payroll and employee engagement. You will partner with Management to shape policies and ensure compliant, efficient HR operations in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least eight years in HR, with strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience, manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, payroll and statutory duties.
• Experience in end-to-end HR and administration management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient with MS Office and HR/payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits.
• Advise management on HR policies and workforce relations.
• Handle disciplinary matters and performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian laws and company policies.
• Manage HR records, contracts, and HR systems.
• Lead admin dept including facilities and security.
