Job summary

ZOO & THEME PARK MARKETING SDN BHD is seeking an HR payroll professional in Malaysia to support HR initiatives, maintain records, and manage payroll tasks. The role requires bilingual Malay/English communication and strong confidentiality.

You will handle recruitment support, data entry for new hires, and payroll processing using payroll software, ensuring timely payments and accurate reports. The position offers 5-day work weeks and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or master's encouraged to apply.
• Bahasa Melayu & English fluency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, systems, and best practices.
• Ensure that all company policies and procedures comply with current government regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive employee records (attendance, leave, etc.) in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all HR documents and filing systems.
• Provide counseling and advice on performance management, disciplinary issues, and all HR policies and procedures.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Actively involved in recruitment process.
• Key in new employee data, such as bank accounts and tax identification numbers, into internal databases.
• Prepare monthly employee compensation using payroll software in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collect and verify daily, weekly, or monthly timesheets and calculate allowances as applicable.
• To schedule bank payments, generate payroll reports and distribute payment statements
