Job summary

Crescendo-HELP International School seeks a Senior HR Executive to lead our HR team in Johor Bahru. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, payroll input, attendance, leave, and HR documentation with accuracy and discretion.

You will develop training programs, monitor HR budgets, support visa and permit handling during peak periods, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance the employee experience in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job advertisements/postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, contracts and onboarding activities.
• Manage employee relations, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignation and exit process.
• Managing and supporting HR lifecycle administration, database, system updating, employment contracts, all type HR letters, record-keeping and accurate maintenance of employee files.
• Manage employee misconduct and disciplinary matters, grievances including show-cause letters, warning letters, counselling and domestic inquiries procedures in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
• Monthly employee medical claims management and processing payment accurately including monthly report preparation.
• Manage the full spectrum of training and development activities for the organization.
• Fully responsible for training documentation including applications for grants and claims.
• Monitor and manage the utilization of staff training budget in collaboration with the Finance department ensuring expenditure remains within allocation.
• Responsible on staff attendance and leave management in compliance with employment regulations and internal HR policies.
• Ensure timely submission of attendance and leave reports for payroll processing and headquarters requirements.
• Support the full cycle of performance management processes as assigned.
• Support the visa and permit management process during peak periods.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments, HR projects, task and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Management.
• Be proactive, bring new ideas and continuously support to improve HR processes and employee experience.
