Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of HR experience in TA, HR generalist, or employee relations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for full-time, internship, and part-time roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver quality candidates in a timely manner.
• Coordinate onboarding, HR operations, and new employee orientation.
• Support probation reviews, performance conversations, and exit interviews.
