Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Specialist to support the Head of HR across compensation, HRIS, headcount reporting, and policy compliance. The role includes designing pay structures, participating in benchmarking, and administering payroll and benefits.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR and proven payroll management experience, with openness to diverse industries. Heavy machinery or industrial automation backgrounds are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR roles or as HR Generalist.
• Proven payroll management experience is required.
• Open to candidates from any industry; background in heavy machinery, automotive, or industrial automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of HR in compensation, HRIS, headcount reporting, policies and audit/compliance.
• Design and maintain the company's pay structure, salary grades and salary ranges.
• Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking to stay aware of compensation trends.
• Design and administer performance-based incentive and bonus programs.
• Review and administer health insurance benefits and wellness programs for competitiveness.
• Communicate compensation and rewards policies to employees.
• Administer annual salary review processes.
• Execute monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
