Job summary

Special Skill Security Services Sdn Bhd in Puchong is seeking an HR professional to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including industrial relations, payroll administration, training, and policy development.

You will manage manpower planning, recruitment, performance appraisal, staff benefits, and ensure compliance with Malaysia labor laws; experience with ISO standards is a plus.

• Well-versed with Malaysia Labour, Industrial Laws

Responsibilities

• Handle Company's manpower planning and overall recruitment process, performance appraisal, staff benefit, etc. Well Planning Manpower Structure
• Attend to all grievances, disciplinary matter, misconduct, industrial relations & labour issues
• Maintain and update related company's policies, procedures & employee handbook
• Register, manage & renew all company's licenses and staff insurances
• Oversee the Company's administrative arrangement and matters
• Ensure that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 requirements are effectively carried out
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and duties as when required
