Job summary

Global Line Network Sdn Bhd (GLN) is seeking a Senior HR Executive to own HR Operations and Payroll, with a path to broaden into a core HR Ops role. The role entails managing end-to-end payroll for local and foreign staff, compliance with statutory requirements, and driving HRBAU efficiency.

Based in Kuala Lumpur with a flexible hybrid work arrangement, the successful candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, visa administration, training coordination, and headcount reporting, while staying

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management.
• Minimum 3 years HR working experience.
• Must have payroll handling experience.
• Able to handle HR BAU independently.
• Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle full monthly payroll for Local & Foreign staff including OT and statutory payments.
• Prepare yearly EA form and Form E & CP8D submissions.
• Manage staff leave & attendance and monthly staff claims.
• Manage staff lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding, confirmation, contract and employee documents administration.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly headcount and staff cost reports.
• Handle full recruitment and selection process.
• Handle working visa application or renewal for foreign staff.
• Handle full staff training process including training grant applications.
• Assist in year-end performance appraisal exercise.
• Update on the latest changes in Labour laws and statutory changes to ensure compliance.
