Job summary

Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an experienced HR Payroll Operation Lead (Senior level) to oversee full payroll cycles, ensure accuracy and statutory compliance, and manage benefits and C&B processes. The role requires close collaboration with outsourced agents and overseas HR teams.

The candidate will drive process improvements, maintain data confidentiality per PDPA, and guide the HR team in payroll, benefits, and operations. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in payroll operations and full cycle processing.
• English, Malay & Mandarin for communication with overseas partners

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations from employee profile creation to payroll processing and compliance.
• Coordinate with outsourced agents to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll.
• Manage payroll for Malaysia plant employees and confidential group staff.
• Validate payroll submissions from overseas subsidiaries and liaise with payroll agents.
• Administer employee benefits schemes including insurance registrations and claims.
• Oversee C&B processes including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
• Oversee leave and time management systems in line with policies.
• Collaborate with HR system providers to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate orientation programs with HR colleagues for accurate data handling.
• Prepare payroll and headcount reports under ESG and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements for payroll and compensation efficiency.
