Mindvalley is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to shape employee experience and support our global growth from Malaysia. The role spans employee lifecycle, payroll, operations, compliance, and process optimization with a data-driven approach.

You will partner with executives and managers, ensure local compliance, and drive automation and AI-driven improvements across HR processes. A proactive, ethical professional will thrive in Mindvalley’s innovative culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as an HR generalist or in HR operations, ideally in an international environment.
• Deep knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR compliance.
• Proven experience managing company-wide transformations, including restructuring initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS and HR analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize and automate HR processes, including leveraging AI tools.
• Experience with payroll administration and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships with executives to ensure effective business strategy execution.
• Execute bi-annual performance management cycles.
• Support and advise managers and employees on all employee lifecycle processes, including HR policies, employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, including handling restructuring initiatives and complex employee relations cases
• Be the local point of contact for legal compliance matters and liaise with our legal team on employment contracts and regulatory matters
• Collaborate with the People Operations team to streamline and automate HR processes, leveraging AI and technology
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide workforce reports and statistics, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Contribute to engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive workplace
• Oversee payroll administration and HR operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee on HR vendor management and contract renewals for HR services
