Job summary

Mindvalley is seeking a Senior HR Operations Executive to drive innovation and efficiency across Mindvalley’s global HR processes. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and champion AI and automation to elevate the employee experience.

You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, implement improvements, and lead HR technology projects while providing timely, people-centric support across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in HR operations, with a track record of process design and optimization.
• Advanced skills in HRIS, data management, and HR reporting.
• Demonstrated experience automating HR workflows or implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including with senior leaders.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HR technology trends.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, or experience building AI-powered HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and contract renewals
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and company policies
• Manage and optimize HRIS data, reporting, and documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging AI and automation tools
• Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal
• Manage relationships with external HR service providers (payroll, benefits, visas)
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure operational excellence
• Lead or support HR technology projects and change initiatives
• Provide timely, people-centric support to team members at all levels
