Job summary

Jungheinrich Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to drive efficient HR operations while ensuring compliance and continuous process optimization. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, payroll, work passes, and data reporting to support strategic HR initiatives.

You will engage with employees across levels, handle confidential matters, and contribute to a digital transformation journey as part of a 6-month contract with potential to convert to permanent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in an operations-focused role.
• Proficient in MS Excel for reporting.
• Strong hands-on HR operations, compliance, and statutory experience.
• Experience with HRIS and HR software tools (Whyze, SuccessFactors advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR processes with accuracy, efficiency, and policy compliance.
• Ensure timely payroll processing, government claims, and tax filings.
• Manage end-to-end work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and global trainees.
• Lead recruitment for designated job grades with hiring managers.
• Drive onboarding and offboarding experiences while maintaining compliance.
• Generate HR reports and insights for data-driven decisions.
• Address employee queries with professionalism and discretion.
• Handle sensitive HR matters with integrity and confidentiality.
