Job summary

Haemonetics Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Generalist who will serve as a key contact for HR data administration and analytics, supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle activities and process documentation.

The role partners with HRBPs and COEs to identify operational challenges, improve HR processes, maintain SOPs, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Experience with HR systems like Workday is preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide HR data analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience handling employee relations in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with HRBPs and COEs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and expertise related to HR processes and procedures.
• Manage daily inquiries through HR systems to achieve the agreed service levels.
• Ensure all documentation related to processes is up-to-date and communicated to the target audience.
• Support process improvements and harmonization of HR operations.
• Provide HR data/reporting for metrics, audits, and inquiries.
• Conduct new employee orientation and training on policies and payroll.
• Assist HRBPs with employee relations matters including discipline and benefits.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
