Job summary

CASES BY JCH SDN BHD is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resources functions in Malaysia. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration while driving policy improvements and HR operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least five years of HR leadership experience, and strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of full spectrum HR management and Malaysian HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave, employee relations, performance management, training and HR administration.
• Develop, implement and improve HR policies, SOPs and internal processes.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment and talent acquisition according to business requirements.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and workplace issues professionally.
• Ensure payroll, statutory contributions and HR documentation are accurate and completed on time.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, company policies and HR best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency, employee engagement and overall workplace performance.
