Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a senior HR executive to manage site-level HR operations, drive workforce effectiveness and boost employee engagement at our manufacturing site. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee relations to sustain a productive work environment.

The role also covers performance management, training administration, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws. Strong communication and HRIS proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Strong communication and proficiency with HR software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, screening and onboarding.
• Support employee relations, engagement initiatives and workplace communications.
• Assist with performance appraisals, probation assessments and development plans.
• Facilitate training administration and capability building initiatives.
• Oversee HR administration, reporting and compliance with local labour regulations.
