Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or HR.
• 3–5+ years in retail manpower planning or workforce management.
• Strong cost-to-output and budget controls.
• Analytical skills with KPI and productivity gap analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration and travel willingness.
