Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a hands-on HR & Operations Manager to lead daily operations and manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. The role is 70% operations and 30% HR, onsite at Publika, Kuala Lumpur, with BYOD and a single Saturday per year for events.

You will supervise a 4-person Operations team, coordinate with ~10 external facilitators and vendors, and ensure compliance with HRD Corp, MOF, and immigration rules, reporting to the CEO/MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: training program logistics, facilitator assignments, training materials and inventory management, LMS platform support, IT vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance (HRD Corp, MOF, Immigration).
• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, offboarding, policy updates, HR administration.
