Job summary

NSK Grocer (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR professional to manage foreign worker administration, hostel operations, and training coordination within our supermarket environment.

You will ensure compliance with immigration and labor regulations, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and deployment with approved agencies, and maintain accurate records for audits and government checks. The role includes welfare, safety, and payroll collaboration to support a large workforce.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with foreign worker regulations is preferred.
• Training coordination or HR development experience is an advantage.
• Multilingual ability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of foreign workers.
• Handle work permit applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate personnel records for all foreign workers.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and labor regulations.
• Oversee foreign worker hostel operations including room allocation and occupancy control.
• Plan and coordinate orientation, safety training, and SOPs for store operations.
