Job summary

MKS Inc. in Malaysia is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with all departments and manage daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

The role reports to the HR Project Manager and supports payroll and benefits administration. You will be the primary contact for employees, ensuring policy compliance and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment laws.
• Confidential information handling with integrity.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management in implementing HR policies at business unit level.
• Support in development of organizational development and culture initiatives.
• Execute HR strategies and daily operations.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist in recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
• Address employee relations issues with a structured approach.
• Support performance management, talent development, and training.
• Assist payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data; prepare HR reports.
