Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior HR Executive to support and coordinate the company’s day-to-day HR functions across the employee lifecycle. You will act as the first point of contact for routine HR matters and manage HR records, processes, and documentation in coordination with management, HODs, payroll, and the HR/IR Consultant where applicable.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in HR functions.
• Mandarin speaking is preferred.

• Employee records and personnel files; ensure JTK notifications when required.
• Attendance and punctuality.
• Leave administration.
• Payroll preparation and verification.
• Employee benefits and insurance.
• Performance management; annual PIP.
• Job descriptions and employee development.
• Counselling and disciplinary administration.
• Employee grievances and complaints.
• Training and development.
• Employee engagement.
• Resignation and offboarding.
• Statutory and employment compliance.
• HR reporting and documentation.
• General HR operational support to management and HODs.
