Job summary

EPOS is expanding its HR team in Malaysia. We seek a hands-on HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and enhance the employee experience.

The role covers onboarding, payroll inputs, leave and benefits administration, recruitment support, and employee relations. You will maintain records, ensure policy adherence, and drive engagement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Onboarding and lifecycle management experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, offboarding.
• Maintain accurate records and HR system documentation.
• Support payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Support hiring managers with postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and assist in time-to-hire improvements.
• Handle employee relations issues, inquiries and engagement initiatives.
