Job summary

S PIERSON MACHINERY SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Senior HR & Finance Executive to oversee HR, finance and admin in a manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on management of payroll, compliance and employee relations while supervising two support staff.

As a key partner to management, you will ensure accurate accounting, liaise with external professionals, implement HR policies, and help drive efficient administrative processes across the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR and Finance experience.
• Proven ability to manage full set of accounts and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR, Finance and Administrative functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, promotions, transfers and resignations.
• Maintain personnel files, contracts and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and records.
• Develop and implement HR policies and handbook.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian labour laws.
• Handle misconduct, disciplinary issues, grievances and conflicts.
• Manage monthly payroll preparation and processing.
• Independently manage full accounting functions: AP, AR, GL and journals.
• Supervise Account Assistant and Admin Assistant.
