Job summary

S PIERSON MACHINERY SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on Production Executive to oversee daily manufacturing operations and manage raw material purchasing. The role ensures smooth production, timely material supply, and quality conformity while coordinating with QC, warehouse and other departments to meet targets.

The successful candidate will supervise production personnel, monitor outputs and coordinate maintenance, with a focus on efficiency, safety and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in production supervision and/or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in raw material purchasing or procurement.
• Experience in CNC machining, metal fabrication or precision manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate raw material procurement and maintain stock levels.
• Monitor production output, machine utilisation and downtime.
• Report production performance and identify efficiency improvements.
