We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment, payroll, attendance, leaves, employee relations, and compliance, supporting management in manpower planning and HR improvement projects as part of our growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage job advertisements, interviews, hiring arrangements, and new employee orientation.
• Process monthly payroll, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, absenteeism, and overtime.
• Handle employee enquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters confidentially.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and company requirements.
• Identify training needs, coordinate training programmes, and maintain training records.
• Guide junior HR staff and support management in manpower planning and HR improvement projects.
