Senior HR Executive (People & Organization Development)

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior HR Executive – People & Organization Development to support the implementation of key people and organizational initiatives. This role will focus primarily on Performance Management, KPI, Organization Development, Succession Planning, Rewards and HR Analytics, working closely with the HR Manager and business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the company's Performance Management and KPI cycle
• Support departments in setting clear and measurable KPIs and performance targets

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or related discipline

Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to Performance Management, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits or Talent Management

Good understanding of KPI setting and Performance Management processes

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Comfortable working with HR data, analysis and management reports

Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple HR initiatives
