Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related discipline.
• 4–6 years HR experience with PM, OD, C&B or TM exposure.
• Strong KPI setting and performance management knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven reporting and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the company's Performance Management and KPI cycle
• Support departments in setting clear and measurable KPIs and performance targets
• Monitor KPI submission, progress and completion across departments
• Coordinate mid-year and year-end performance reviews
• Consolidate performance ratings and prepare analysis for management review
• Support organization structure reviews and manpower planning
• Maintain and update organization charts, job descriptions and reporting structures
• Coordinate the succession planning process for key and critical positions
• Support the identification of high‑potential and key talent within the organization
• Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and management reports

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or related discipline
