Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Professional HR certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian labour law and statutory regulations.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn HR systems and tools.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and data handling skills.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, positive attitude and ability to motivate and engage teams.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
