Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior HR Executive to support site-level operations, drive workforce effectiveness and employee engagement at our Shah Alam facility.

The role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training administration, and HR compliance with local labour laws, requiring a hands-on generalist with manufacturing experience, and strong communication and document control skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related discipline.
• 3+ years HR generalist experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Proficient in office software and HR systems.
