Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead people strategy and HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

You will bridge management and employee relations, oversee recruitment, development, engagement, and performance management, and maintain pay and benefits programs to sustain a high-performance culture.

The role requires strong HR metrics, labor law knowledge, and leadership skills to shape a positive, compliant workplace across the organization.

Formación

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
