Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Senai, Johor, is seeking an Assistant/Section Manager - HR Operations to lead payroll, HR administration and related services for the manufacturing sector.

You will support the HR & Communications Manager, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and develop the team through training and mentorship.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR & Communications Manager in day-to-day HR functions including compensation & benefits, manpower planning, training & development, foreign workers administration, hostel management, staff welfare, employee relations, general administration & audits compliance
• Provide timely and periodic communication on HR related matters to the reporting manager
• Assist in monitoring and development of department accountabilities to ensure HR team duties are met
• Compensation & Benefits: payroll management, performance management, staff welfare
• Manpower planning: end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipeline, exit interviews, market surveys/analysis
• Training & Development: develop training plan based on analysis & cost, facilitate training, onboarding, annual refresher training, monthly workers' representative meeting, manage HRD grants, records, evaluation

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for providing overall support, guidance, and coordination to the team, with the primary focus in Payroll and HR Administration functions.

This role will also ensure that these functions are executed effectively, accurately, and in a timely manner, while providing guidance to the team and supporting the smooth operation of HR activities in the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HR & Communications Manager in the Company's day to day HR functions i.e. Compensation & Benefits, Manpower Planning, Training & Development, Foreign Workers Administration, Hostel Management, Staff Welfare, Employee Relations, General Administration & Audits Compliance.
• Provide timely and periodic communication on HR related matters to the reporting manager.
• Assist in the monitoring and development of the department accountabilities to ensure department objectives and the HR team duties are met.

Requirements
