The role covers performance management, policy updates, and supporting salary reviews and market benchmarking, with close cooperation between HQ Office and mall-level operations. The candidate will use HR analytics tools to monitor rewards-related data and prepare actionable reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits duties, including payroll, budgeting and policy updates.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus planning and market benchmarking.
• Assist with HRIS and payroll systems, leave management and benefits administration.
• Prepare management reports and present insights on workforce metrics.
• Respond to employee inquiries and educate on rewards policies across HQ and mall levels.
