Job summary

Confidential Company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead end-to-end C&B operations, ensuring internal and external equity, cost-effectiveness and compliance with employment laws.

You will drive salary benchmarking, coordinate annual compensation and performance cycles, and deliver HR reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Knowledge of compensation administration, salary reviews, bonuses and benefits.
• Experience in performance management, benchmarking and HR data analytics.
• Knowledge of employment legislation, statutory requirements and governance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits operations including benefits, group medical insurance, leaves, long service awards, claims and entitlements.
• Coordinate annual compensation exercises including salary reviews, adjustments, increments, promotions and bonus exercises.
• Oversee end-to-end annual performance cycle including communication, data consolidation and reporting.
• Review policies and procedures to improve governance and employee experience.
• Support budget planning with data analysis of manpower costs.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support management decisions.
• Generate HR data and reports in HRMS and other systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist internal and external HR audits with proper documentation.
• Participate in HR projects and ad-hoc assignments.
