MSIG Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to support and manage Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Analytics, and HR Systems. The role administers employee benefits, salary benchmarking, performance appraisal processes, HR policy management, and supports HR system enhancements.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end C&B administration, market salary benchmarking, policy maintenance, performance cycle coordination, and HR system upgrades in collaboration with IT

Qualifikationen

• Degree or Diploma in HRM or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in C&B, performance management, HR analytics, and HRIS support.
• Experience in system implementation, upgrades, migration, and UAT.
• Exposure to IT teams and external vendors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems and compensation practices.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits administration, including salary reviews, bonus exercises, and employee benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and reward analytics to support competitive compensation strategies.
• Review, update, and maintain HR policies and Employee Handbook to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and support the annual performance appraisal cycle and maintain employee performance records.
• Administer and support the Performance Management System, including system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and vendor coordination.
• Support system upgrades, UAT, data validation, and post-implementation reviews in collaboration with IT and external vendors.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and recommendations for Management.
• Participate in HR projects, audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
