Job summary

EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee relations across 58 Factory operations in Kedah.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full‑spectrum HR experience in manufacturing, fluent in Chinese, English and Malay, and a proven ability to build talent development systems, implement policies, and foster a cohesive culture.

Qualifications

• Requires fluency in Chinese, English, and Malay (spoken and written)
• 8+ years of full-spectrum HR experience in manufacturing
• Experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and talent development

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment planning and process optimization to meet headcount needs
• Enforce group compensation policy, monitor labor costs and implement incentive systems
• Lead talent development, training coordination, and career planning frameworks
• Implement and monitor employee relations programs, onboarding/offboarding, and HR operations
• Develop and promote factory policies and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate logistics, 5S, and general affairs supporting HR and business needs
• Oversee crisis management and maintain cross-cultural team collaboration

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in HR/Management or related field
