Sinergia Talents in Penang seeks a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead strategic HR across a large-scale manufacturing site. You will drive talent acquisition, employee and industrial relations, and act as a trusted business partner to site leadership.

The role includes ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws, workforce planning, change initiatives, and mentoring junior HR staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field; master's or certification is an advantage.
• 8–12 years HR experience with 4–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong talent acquisition experience in manufacturing or large-scale operations.
• Extensive knowledge of Malaysian employment and industrial relations laws.
• Experience handling foreign workforce processes is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for salaried and hourly roles in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Manage employee relations and industrial relations, including grievances and disciplinary cases.
• Advise management on IR strategy and risk mitigation.
• Partner with site leadership as a HR business partner on performance, development, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
• Lead or support HR change initiatives and HR analytics.
