Job summary

EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR professional to lead HRBP activities, organizational development, talent management, and learning & development in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will oversee manpower planning, job descriptions, qualifications, and certification programs, while driving performance management and employee growth initiatives. Mandarin fluency is required for stakeholder communication and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Performance Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with manpower planning, organizational development, talent development, and performance management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Mandarin proficiency required for communication with Chinese-speaking management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update organizational structure and manpower planning.
• Monitor department headcount reports and provide manpower optimization recommendations.
• Develop, review, and update Job Descriptions according to business and organizational changes.
• Coordinate job qualification implementation, qualification review, and certification activities.
• Identify key talents and critical positions, and support talent development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the factory annual training plan, ensuring effective implementation of all training activities.
• Manage Internal Trainer Certification and promote trainer development.
• Develop and improve the Technician Competency System, including training and competency assessments.
• Conduct job skills assessments and implement skill improvement plans to enhance employee capability and productivity.
• Support and drive the implementation of the company's Performance Management System.
