Job summary

Zhicon ChuangXiang IBS SDN. BHD is seeking an experienced HR leader for a manufacturing focus in Malaysia. The role oversees HR planning, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and training across production sites. You will manage costs, ensure compliance, and drive workforce development in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR with manufacturing exposure, strong labor-law knowledge, and excellent frontline communication in Mandarin, English, and Malay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of HR and administrative experience, including at least 5 years in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and performance evaluation.
• Experience with 6S, lean manufacturing, and production-site management.
• Fluency in Chinese, English, and Malay; Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR plans based on production schedules and capacity requirements.
• Coordinate annual HR budget, control labor costs, and improve workforce efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment to fill key positions and expand labor channels.
• Improve employee management systems and resolve labor disputes to mitigate risks.
• Design compensation/benefits, run market benchmarking, and manage payroll data.
• Coordinate training plans and succession planning for critical roles.
• Oversee facilities, assets, procurement support, and regulatory liaison.
