Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager in Malaysia to lead full HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and statutory compliance. You will develop policies aligned with Malaysian regulations and support manpower planning at a company-wide level.

The role requires 5+ years in HR/Administration with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of local labour laws, and hands-on experience across payroll, employee relations, and office administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR & Administration experience, with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment law, payroll and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, HR policies and office administration.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training and development.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs in line with regulations.
• Provide HR advice and support to management on manpower planning and organizational structure.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities and coordinate with department heads.
• Oversee monthly payroll and ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB/MTD, etc.).
• Manage admin, facilities, vendor coordination and government liaison.
• Prepare HR documentation, contracts and employee handbook.
• Coordinate HRD Corp training and employee development initiatives.
• Act as HR/Admin liaison between Malaysia and China HQ.
