Job summary

SHANGTAI TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead the HR and Admin functions in Kedah.

You will oversee manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, foreign worker management, compensation, training and regulatory compliance to Malaysia's labour laws. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in HR & Administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, and fluency in Mandarin, English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years in HR & Administration with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with Malaysia HR practices and labour laws is essential.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall HR & Admin functions aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Manage employee relations including onboarding, probation, transfer, resignation and termination.
• Handle foreign employees including EP applications, insurance and taxation.
• Develop and manage compensation, benefits and performance appraisal systems.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and HR regulations.
• Develop and implement training and employee development programmes.
• Oversee daily admin operations including facilities, assets and travel.
• Establish and implement HR & Admin policies and systems.
• Provide HR & Admin support and advice to management and staff.
