Job summary

Xinda Development Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Human Resources and Administration Manager in Malaysia to lead both HR and administrative operations.

The role requires aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving talent development, and ensuring statutory compliance across payroll, benefits, and records. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, workforce planning, and performance management while coordinating facilities, procurement, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll, HR systems, and KPI-driven performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall HR and administrative functions to support business operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage payroll, compensation & benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
• Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and talent development initiatives.
• Implement and monitor performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
• Supervise office administration, facilities management, and general services.
• Manage vendors, procurement, office maintenance, and administrative budgets.
• Ensure proper management of company assets, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate company events, meetings, logistics, and workplace safety.
