Job summary

GMP Kaisar Security (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee the full HR function, drive policy development, and align people initiatives with business goals.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with Malaysian employment laws, while coaching the HR team and partnering with management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and HR regulations.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and HR operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Mature, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Thus, when GMP Kaisar Security (M) Sdn Bhd was conceptualized, our initial objective was to be the “One of the forerunning manpower provider, in the country.”
