Celestica seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer for heavy equipment assembly in Malaysia. You will design scalable manufacturing processes, lead PFMEA and CAPA activities, and collaborate with Design and Quality teams to ensure safe, efficient production of high-weight modules.

You will specify equipment, develop SOPs and routings, and drive lean improvements across line layouts, automation, and data logging. A strong foundation in Six Sigma and safety is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing Lean methods and Six Sigma in heavy equipment or high-voltage manufacturing environments.
• Experience with PFMEA, CAPA and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of safety protocols for heavy industrial and high-voltage production.

Aufgaben

• Design manufacturing processes and layouts for large, heavy equipment.
• Lead PFMEA and CAPA activities to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Design and Quality teams for scalable, safe production.
• Specify and source manufacturing equipment including cranes and torque tools.
• Develop SOPs, routings, and work instructions for high-weight assemblies.
