Job summary

Celestica Malaysia is seeking an Associate Engineer, Manufacturing Equipment to develop and source manufacturing equipment, support deployment, and improve performance while ensuring safety. Under supervision, you will assist in automation solutions, qualify hardware and software, and analyze OEE data to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

You will support operations to program, deploy, and maintain equipment, perform maintenance activities, and align with product roadmaps using Celestica E2E

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Educational Requirements may vary by Geography

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, assist in the development and implementation of new standard automation solutions and/or off the shelf equipment.
• Support the equipment's software and hardware upgrades and qualification.
• Support the hardware and software improvements of Celestica led developments and off the shelf equipment via OEE analysis and other data.
• Support manufacturing operations to program, qualify, deploy, optimize and maintain equipment
• Execute maintenance activities with supervision.
• Support customer product road map using Celestica Automation E2E process and tools such as URS and DFAA.
