Job summary

Celestica Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Equipment in Kulim, Malaysia, leads development, procurement and implementation of automation solutions to support customer product manufacturing equipment needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience in manufacturing equipment or engineering.
• Experience leading hardware and software improvements and validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, procurement and implementation of automation solutions for manufacturing equipment.
• Plan hardware and software improvements for automated lines and machines; analyze OEE.
• Lead FAT and SAT; coordinate with solution providers for design specs and testing.
• Develop maintenance plans and drive OEE improvements across multiple machines.
• Support roadmaps using URS, DFAA and PM workbook; collaborate with Process Engineering.
