Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a new Hospital Information System across the group of hospitals. The role requires deep HIS knowledge, superb project management, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

You will support the Project Director by translating direction into coordinated execution, ensuring consistency in planning, reporting, risk management, and delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field, with strong project management training.
• Experience leading healthcare IT projects; PMP/Prince2 or similar is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, scope, and timelines across complex programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects with objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasts, and budget reporting for stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholders across functional, technical, and operational teams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within projects.
