Job summary

IHH HEALTHCARE MALAYSIA in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT transformation initiatives across hospital systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare informatics, or a related field.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) are desirable.
• Experience in healthcare IT implementations and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Develop charters, business cases, project plans, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and governance reports.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and budgets.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Facilitate steering committee and stakeholder meetings.
• Lead EMR, HIS, EDMS, MDI, patient portals implementations and enhancements.
• Support workflow analysis, redesign, and user acceptance testing.
• Engage clinical, nursing, operational, and administrative stakeholders.
• Coordinate with leadership, vendors, consultants, and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and cybersecurity standards.
