Job summary

Strada is hiring a Workday Associate Consultant to support implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday solutions for clients. You will work with senior consultants and client stakeholders to gather requirements, configure modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Finance, and provide post-implementation support.

This role requires strong functional/technical Workday expertise, proven consultative skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
• Workday Certification(s) is required and ongoing recertification may be needed.
• Proven consultative and collaborative skills to align solutions with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from clients.
• Configure and deploy Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Finance).
• Perform unit testing and UAT to validate configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions post-go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.
