Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS, is building a Group Accounting SSC in Kuala Lumpur and seeking an experienced finance leader. You will help establish operations, oversee monthly regional closings, and contribute to group consolidation with strict adherence to US GAAP.

The role requires managing cross-border accounting functions, optimizing processes, and driving standardization through SOPs while coordinating with global teams in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; familiar with US GAAP; ~7 years cross-border accounting and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, strong logical analysis abilities, and data sensitivity.
• Proficient in summarizing and reviewing work.
• Proficient in Office and Google applications; ability to work in English as the primary language.
• Knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, with strong critical thinking and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing SSC operations from scratch and handover of accounts across regions.
• Compile transactions into standardized statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) for group consolidation.
• Proficiently use Oracle Fusion modules (fixed assets, procurement, intercompany, general accounting).
• Summarize and review financial data; ensure accuracy and adherence to US GAAP.
• Develop SOPs to standardize SSC processes under LM guidance.
• Communicate fluently in English with global departments.
• Review financial documents for discrepancies or fraud.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
